Finally we're talking about it and I thank you for it. We are faced with the usual "theatrical representation" to which our administrators have accustomed us. There was no apology addressed to the citizens of Palermo, nor thanks to those who demonstrated civility and respect for the common goods.
Within ninety days, a large group of experts will provide answers. We await with interest, but the list is certainly missing the citizens who have dedicated themselves for months to protecting that heritage. They are the true experts, the ones who have always been missing. They are the individuals who love their city and have clear ideas on how to take care of the former royal estate.
Among the many "experts" the authentic ones are missing, those who have met, in recent months, the "geniuses" of the locals who have always lived there and who have had the cultural sensitivity to listen to them and help them. I hope that our Mayor adds some representatives of the City Committee to that working table. I must say that, if this happened, I would feel more protected as a citizen. Vincenzo Fiore Architect.
