The YELLOW VOTE IN THE SOUTH OF PAST YEARS confirmed that Italy is UNITED only on paper. The southern question is more relevant than ever, and the territorial political division is evident. The north is led by the Lega/Fratelli d'Italia, while the SOUTH (in recent years) is the 5-star KINGDOM OF THE TWO SICILIES (yellow rating for the south).
Let us remember that, with the Conte Government, the south has become central both in the EU and in Italy. It was Conte who obtained financing from the European Recovery Fund - PNRR precisely to relaunch the underdeveloped south. It was also for this reason that the CONTE government was ousted, as it wanted to allocate 70% of the PNRR funds to the South.
In 2023 we find ourselves once again with a Northern-led government that is betting everything on the differentiated autonomy or secession of the rich and on salary cages (higher salaries in the North and lower salaries in the South). The southern question is more relevant than ever, as confirmed by Svimez data and the International Monetary Fund:

According to Law 46/82, the funded projects are distributed as follows:

As regards Article 9, financing for the development of innovative technologies, 1621 billion lire have been invested:
North 1,251 billion
South 370 billion
In the last ten years, from 1984 to 1994, the International Monetary Fund declared that 80% of the companies that benefited from financing were from the North.
The situation is serious because, for many years, southern politicians, once seated in their seats, have regularly forgotten about the south. We at "Cittadinanza Attiva" invite us to strengthen the 5 Star Movement in the south (yellow vote from the south) to give Giuseppe Conte a second chance to govern this country and to relaunch the south as an internal colony.
